I wanted to show you how you can build muscle easily. I know a lot of people out there don't believe that to be true. I remember I started lifting weights when I was about 16 and ended up quitting not to long after that. The reason was that I didn't have plan, nor did I have the correct information to create a plan that would work. Everyone is looking for instant gratification. They want to workout for a week and see big muscles. I think that type of thinking is really the big problem that most people have. You have to understand that this a process that takes time. It's not hard, it's just not instant. It's sort of like paying down debt. You can pay double your minimum payment and you're not going to be debt free tomorrow. It's a process and so is this. If you're willing to commit to the process you'll see that you can build muscle easily.

I know a lot of you don't want to put in the necessary effort to make a proper diet. I really do get it because eating is something that makes us happy.
